Krishna, a young skilful intellect, who is exceptionally fantastic in analytical and logical reasoning. A person who could analyse the happenings and can communicate crystal clear to others. Krishna was offered with an amazing role which he has not performed earlier; however, he was quite confident that he can prove well. A bit overconfident as he has always been showered with appreciation of his analytical skills.

Krishna took up the opportunity and training got progressed on the responsibilities which he needs to carry on. It was a week he started with this new role however, the management was not happy about the work contributed. 

Krishna was forced to a situation to reassess, review, restructure and found the misunderstanding which brought the unfair outcome. 

Mercury retrograde blocks the intellectual power, though the person was doing well in it.

#2:

It has been already a year, that Krishna proved well and got the onsite opportunity for his efforts. Time flew, and travel date cane closer. Just before a week to fly, Krishna's laptop got into issues, and it took IT department more than a day to analyse the problems. Finally, the travel day arrived, he got into difficulties in booking a cab, forgot to pick his mobile and had to return home. Finally, he reached the airport to hear the news that the flight got cancelled.

Mercury retrograde hinders anything related to commuting or any items which helps communication. 

How to deal with:  Review, Re-analyse, Recheck, take backup.

#3:

Krishna writes a big email on his situation to his manager as he could not attend the client meeting, however, the manager misinterprets as he understood the situation rightly in a wrong scenario. And did not even have any discussion with Krishna and concluded Krishna had not done his job right.

How to deal with: A crystal clear email would have been sent to his manager with supporting facts after a good amount of review and a face to face discussion would have given a better picture.

#4:

Krishna planned quality time to learn something profound which he could not get familiar for a while, analysing it in every aspect for better understanding.

Mercury retrograde helps when the person is ready to review, reanalyse.

To conclude, Mercury retrograde is not something to get scared about, however, it is the time to go slow to anything relevant to communication, travel, intelligence and not to force to get a solution immediately as the planet does not support the circumstances.
